We recently completed several new exercise videos for individuals with tetraplegia. Our “How To” exercise videos focuses on exercises that can be done either at home or at the gym using exercise bands (therabands) and cuff weights. This month our “How To” videos show Shannon Minnick (C6-C7) complete rows, rotator cuff, and rear deltoid exercises.
