
The Independent Living Research Utilization (ILRU), located in Houston, is a national center for information, training, research and technical assistance in independent living, and is a program of TIRR (The Institute for Rehabilitation and Research). ILRU operates the RRTC Help Desk and collaborates on the three training projects.
