In our previous Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) grant on Promoting Health and Preventing Complications through Exercise, we developed educational materials for consumers and presented our findings at conferences nationwide. Subsequently, we organized our materials under specific informational packages. The areas of focus are:
